With the climate beginning to chill off, soup has turned into a staple on our week after week menu. I never appear to feel worn out on it this season of year, and with the expansion of some dried up bread, it makes for such an ameliorating dinner. This lighter variant of smooth mushroom soup is no special case. With only a tad bit of milk to make it somewhat smooth, it makes for a warming, generous supper that won't abandon you feeling weighed down. Experiencing childhood in an extremely Italian family, garlic was dependably a staple at our home. Be that as it may, it wasn't until I began cooking for myself that I figured out how to meal it. What's more, gracious, the flavor! That impactful, crude garlic fragrance and taste kind of mysteriously vanish and you're left with something brilliant, delicate and practically rich. This mushroom soup is stuffed brimming with flavor from two assortments of mushrooms, red wine, new thyme and, obviously, the cooked garlic, which makes it feel exceptional. On the off chance that you cook the garlic ahead of time, this formula meets up in a matter of seconds by any stretch of the imagination. I get a kick out of the chance to dish it on the weekend, store it in a holder in the ice chest and haul it out when expected to make a fast, weeknight dinner.
